I want this book, but I cringe at the thought of spending $50 on it.

But is looks so damn interesting. I should read Wuthering Heights. I've never read it before. That and Jane Eyre are on my to-read list.

Have you checked on line for a used copy? I've got some really good deals that way.

I hated Wuthering Heights but sobbed my way through Jane Eyre and still re-read it. Picture Alan Rickman as Mr. Rochester and Ryan Phillip as the young missionary-wanna-be, St.John.

Do you read Jane Austin? I didn't until about ten years ago because she was one of those authors women are 'supposed' to read. I absolutely love her books. She had great wit and insight. Pride and Predjudice is wonderful but Persuasion is my favorite.

And how did Faust go?

Wuthering Heights is great autumn reading! The last line of that book remains one of my all-time favorites. Jane Eyre, too, I thought was wonderful. I'll be curious to hear what you think of them....
