I love YouTube. I love people, too. No, really, I do. I love when people have fun and post ridiculous videos of themselves doing potentially embarrassing things just because they bought a digital camera. To hell with self consciousness, I say. I will not, however, be posting my personal take on this 'shower dance' because I do not have a digital video camera. And even if I did, I'd probably fall and break my arm if I tried to dance in the shower. But, I do enjoy amusing myself with pop culture by watching cheesy dance covers of music videos.

Don't miss the surprise ending with the special guest. You know his mom was pissed at him for playing the music too loud and getting water all over her bathroom floor. I can't imagine what she was thinking when she saw him soaking wet, his pants unbuttoned, with fingerless gloves on.

EDIT: Holy crap, he's posted other videos! Should I start a fan club?

I laughed so hard at this commentary to the right of the videos on YouTube because he talked about how each video was for a specific friend of his. If I ever uploaded something like this to the internet, I would pray that my friends never found it. How embarrassing!

I don't know if it is intentional, either. I tend to think that he's more serious than not, but I'm sure he does have a sense of humor about it. I guess I'm not really laughing at him by way of making fun of him, but I am laughing because it is so wonderfully fun and silly to be striping to a Britney Spears song in the shower. And then he took it a step further and actually posted it on the internet. I *love* that he posted it for all of us to see because I would never have the balls to do something like that.

And I do think you're right. He's more serious than not. And really, he's not at all a bad dancer. There's just such a strong element of the ridiculous to his dancing and stripping in the shower of his house with his MOTHER THERE WATCHING.
