My New Shirt, Sprouting Sprouts, and Musica

I paid way too much for this shirt, but it was just too cool to pass up.

My new venture is growing my own sprouts in jars. I have a couple two-quart glass jars. I'm soaking the seeds (mung bean, alfalfa, radish, broccoli) in warm water right now. When they are finished with the soak, I'm going to drain the water, put cheese cloth over the opening of the jar and put it under the pantry at an angle. I'm supposed to rinse the sprouts twice a day to prevent mold from growing on them. Supposedly, I'll have four quarts of sprouts in five to seven days. They should keep in the fridge for up to a week. I plan on using them for salads with my dinners each day of the week.

I downloaded (shhh...) the two Hellsing soundtracks because I'm totally in love with that show. Plus, the songs have such interesting and provocative titles...
