All of you on my flist who like anime and manga should be ashamed of yourselves. You've corrupted me. And even though I'm no slash fan, and even though I still haven't gotten around to some of your favorite series, it's still all your fault. My $500 gift card is almost gone. o_O I spent most of it on manga and DVD boxed sets. I even had to reorganize my flippin' bookshelf to make room for the manga.

Damn you all.

P.S. - Borders gives you the fourth free if you buy lotsa manga.

I bought the entire series of Fullmetal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, and Hellsing (not the OVAs). I also bought the second season of Ghost in the Shell. Then I went crazy and bought lots of manga - the first ten FMA and the first four Hellsing. I have all of the Bebop manga, but haven't read any of it yet. Once I read it, then I won't be able to look forward to it.

I spent several minutes in the manga aisle at Borders with several obsessive teenagers. I'm thinking, "I'm way too old for this shit." Then again, it is common knowledge that I'm a loser, so it isn't like my rep is being damaged or anything.

The second season of Ghost in the Shell, the entire series of Fullmetal Alchemist, Hellsing, and Cowboy Bebop. As for the manga, I'm being terribly neat about it. I'm determined to get them in order and collect an entire set (or at least what has been released thus far) before moving onto others. So, I got the first ten FMA and the first four Hellsing. I have $60 left on the card, so I might go tomorrow and buy the remaining FMA ones just so they look nice and tidy on my bookshelf.

Mwahaha! Welcome to the darkside! I am not sure how or why my manga collection keeps growing because I find it difficult to read. I have several series of anime to watch as well. What I really need is a clone to go to work for me so I have time to play!

Some pretty good choices there, too! Except that the Bebop anime is way better than the manga, especially once the manga gets to Shooting Star--and the soundtrack is AMAZING! FMA is fantastic too; those two are actually some of the first ones I started on, along with Trigun and Inuyasha. I hope you enjoy!
