I've been living in the dark ages all this time. My desktop at work has cable internet, but I've been dealing with dial-up at home since I moved in with Jason. I never pushed for faster internet because I knew his computer couldn't handle it. Recently, he got a new desktop, and we investigated the choices. I contacted the phone company on Monday to sign up for DSL with them. They sent us the modem via UPS. Both our computers are online now. Seven megs per second, baby. It's so freakin' amazing. It took me a little under two hours to get them both up and running, but mine is running wirelessly, so it was a bit of trouble at first.
Anyway, yay! I can watch YouTube videos at home now. To celebrate, I give to you my three favorite men in video. Oooh...
Greg Dulli of The Twilight Singers. He slays me in concert. I made Jason go with me to see him when he rolled through Albuquerque last. I was mesmerized, of course, but Jason was also eating out of Greg's hand within fifteen minutes. He's just extremely charismatic in person. This is his cover of Martina Topley-Bird's song.

Nick Cave. I swoon, I swoon! If I ever met him, I'd probably pass out as soon as he opened his mouth. This is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
