Normally I don't like the fics that involve the Time Turner and Hermione skipping back to the 1970s to meet a teenage Snape. However, Vanity is so freaking wonderful. She travels back, enrolls as a foreign student at Hogwarts, befriends Snape, has sex with him, tricks him into getting engaged all traditional-like with a contract, and then has to travel back to present-day after telling young-Snape that she was indeed time-traveling. Of course, now Snape's memories are changed and he remembers the 18-year-old Hermione from his school days when he meets the 11 year old Hermione that starts at Hogwarts. Being Snape, he knows who she is and waits until the right moment in which she will be returning from the past. It picks up where the 6th book picks up and retells the sixth book from Hermione point-of-view. Lovely. Go read if you are so inclined.
