[livejournal.com profile] cloggedthought tagged me for this little LJ thing that's going around.

Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1) Web Design - I'm no html whiz or graphics genius, but I do love to create websites. I would venture to say that 80% of the sites I create never reach the internet, meeting their end on my computer. The ones I do upload to the net are rarely ever updated because my mind jumps between interests so quickly.
2) Music - I could spend hours online sampling bands/musicians. I could also spend hours on the bedroom floor with my headphones on listening to the albums in my collection.
3) Reading - Anything, really. A great way to pass time, but still feel as if you've accomplished something.
4) Gardening - There's something incredibly soothing about planting and growing something from a bulb/seed to a full-grown plant. If I owned a house, I would have a lawn full of plants.
5) Cleaning/Organizing - Sounds boring, I know. I get this intense sense of pleasure and accomplishment after cleaning the apartment or organizing my books/CDs.

List five songs that you are currently digging ... it doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words or even if they're any good but they must be songs you're really enjoying right now. Post these instructions, the artist and the song in your blog along with your five songs. Then tag five other people to see what they're listening to.

1) "When We Two Parted" - The Afghan Whigs
2) "Hollow Abyss (Epilogue)" - Pseudosix
3) "Plea From a Cat Named Virtute" - The Weakerthans
4) "Ragga" - Martina Topley-Bird
5) "Notorious Lightning" - Destroyer

People I'm tagging. Don't feel obligated, but I would like to see your answers.

Did you do the Pomme de Sang site? What is it about? I looked at it briefly and somehow stumbled onto a page full of muscular men with giant erections. Not really my thing, so I didn't stay, but the interface looked nice while I was there.

Haha! I assure you I am not responsible for the muscular men with erections. I rarely ever go into that area of the site because the users upload pictures on their own. Doesn't require my attention. The site is mine though...it's a fanfiction archive for a series of novels by Laurell K. Hamilton. That picture archive you stumbled on was an add-on demanded by the visitors of the site. The actual code for the script is eFiction and the skin of the site was designed by one of the users. There are four others skins that I designed which the user can choose to use when they sign in. I haven't been paying all that much attention to the site for the last couple months because it really runs itself.
