Anyone who WANTS to adopt 12 year olds is certifiable. Parents of 12 year olds don't want them and they LOVE them. Being in good health (physically and mentally) is imperative. Just because crazy people (and stop looking at me like that) have children doesn't mean they should. And thank god she's taking meds...two bipolar people is a hard life. One person in the family should be really really stable *looks thankfully at DH*
