I'm such a boring creature of habit. I eat the same things for breakfast and lunch each day weekday. I have cereal with soy milk in the morning, fruit for a mid-morning snack, and a tofurky & cheese sandwich with greek yogurt and walnuts for lunch. Because making something different each day is a pain in the ass.
The pizza isn't really trashy pizza. It *is* frozen pizza, but I get it from Trader Joe's, so it's organic with yummy cheese and tomato sauce. I split it in half and eat half myself and give Jason half. I guess it is meant for one person, but all of it is just too much for me. I'm going to try something different this coming Wednesday and see how things go. If I don't feel fatigued, then I can only assume the pizza was the culprit. Which sucks because pizza is the easiest thing to cook and it dirties the least amount of dishes.
