I'm used to the ruffled green kale; I've never cooked red bore kale. Though, I don't think it is much different preparation and taste-wise. Everything looks so very edible, and I'm tickled that the apples are lopsided and cute. I'm tired of the perfectly round apples from the grocery store that are covered in wax.
