Yes, it was just his rabies and his parvo/distemper. I also had them give him the shot to prevent kennel cough since I take him to the dog park every week. It guess it was the combination of all three shots at once that wiped him out. He was okay for a couple hours, but then he started becoming sluggish and would just sit there and stare at nothing. He slept most of the evening and all night. It wasn't until the next morning that he started wagging his tail again. Luckily, he's 100% better now.
