I'm still obsessing over The Spill Canvas. "Connect the Dots" has to be one of the most romantic and sexy songs ever. I love it, and I've listened to it far too many times today.
Work was insane. I had to prepare contract books, subcontracts, purchase orders, Department of Labor forms, and wage rate information for a government job we were awarded earlier this week. All this on top of my usual duties. Beginning a new job is always the hardest on me since there is a load of paperwork to do, and no one else knows how to do it. By the time I got home, I had a raging headache. Instead of crawling into bed with some Advil, I took Ferguson for a walk. The fresh air helped, and I feel so much better.
How much am I looking forward to the long weekend? So much. I'm still making Jason go hiking with me on Monday.
