BBC, I love you. Give me access to your lovlies on your website. It's not really my fault I live in New Mexico. Oh, okay, well it is, but still... I can't be expected to hop countries for a television program. Right?

So, because I couldn't watch the episode on the BBC's website, I downloaded the first episode of this season of Spooks. Because, you know, I'm shallow like that. I've never seen an episode before, but I'm hooked. Yay for wonderful television programs that I will now have to illegally download off the internet in order to properly catch up on the goings-on. And it really says something that a person who has never seen the program before is in utter shock over what happened at the end of the first episode of the season. Holy crap. If you want to oogle it, you can find the file on any bit torrent site. It's definitely worth the trouble.

I thought work was going to be a slice of hell this morning because I was expected to assist with the putting-together of a bid, but I was oddly calm throughout the ordeal. I've given up on being high strung and nervous about bid days. If I get it done, then I get it done, time crunch be damned. They all know how long it takes me to organize and type one of those bids out, and if they can't get it to me on time, then I find it difficult to shoulder the blame if the bid is late for some reason or another.

My new musical obsession? Lightnin' Hopkins. No, really. He's amazing.
