I'm obsessed with Fage yogurts. It's Greek yogurt, imported from (of course) Greece. I stocked up on it at Trader Joe's tonight. I've been having it for lunch everyday with a Tofurky sandwich. It's smoother and creamier than the yogurt sold in the typical grocery stores. It has a slightly bitter taste, so I add a tablespoon of honey and mix in some walnuts. Delicious. And if you get the variety made with skim milk, it is extremely healthy - loads of protein with no fat. I heard through the grapevine that it also tastes excellent with agave nectar. Naturally, I had to search out some of that as well. Trader Joe's, I love you. You have tasty jasmine rice and even tastier vegetable gyoza, too. Mmmm...
I am going a bit stir-crazy in the apartment. It's been cold (highs in the 30s) the last two days, and I haven't been able to get outside for daily walks with Ferguson. I hope it is warm enough for a quick jaunt to the park tomorrow or Ferguson and I might go mad tucked away in here.
