I would totally put my hand down Patrick Bauchau's pants.
Jason and I have been watching the first few episodes of Carnivale this week and last. It is so excellent that I want to pee my pants. Lodz (see my icon) is my hero. The odd comment above refers to another character attempting to sway Patrick Bauchau's character (Lodz) from his plan by distraction. I'd say more about my thoughts on the show, but my thoughts are scattered today. I'm looking forward to this weekend and many hours spent in peace on my deck with a book.
Speaking of books, I finally talked Jason into reading Shadow and Claw by Gene Wolfe. I'm quite happy with myself for suceeding. He's the only one I could bear to lend my worn and highlighted copy to. Jason's spoiled himself by reading Tolkien and Herbert so much that no other novelist can stand up to his high expectations. I told him that Gene Wolfe could turn his world out, and he finally agreed to give The Book of the New Sun a whirl.
