Carriers, Radio Stations, and the Past

I've done not a single bit of work this afternoon.

I did buy this carrier for Ferguson's first plane ride in November. It meets the airline's required measurements. I just need to remember to take him to the vet for the health certificate before the flight.

Jason is in the midst of "reassessing his affliation with the radio station". His words, not mine. He's not happy with the music director. I can confirm that the KUNM music director knows little to nothing about music. Jason's also discouraged with the other DJs that work with him on Savage Beast and Tombstone Rock. At best, I'll say that Jason has refined taste in music. At worst? He's a total music snob. He claims that he's throwing out gems of musical love to the population, and it's all going over their head. Poor J. I think he's going to stay as a substitute for both shows, but not insert himself into the monthly schedule.

I've gotten in touch with a few friends from high school. It's very weird to talk to someone I haven't had contact with for over seven years. They're spread about the country now - mostly the east coast. Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, etc. As always, I'm the oddball that ran off to the desert. Talking to people who knew me when I was eighteen drives home how much I've changed and grown over the past few years. I disliked who I was at eighteen, but I'm fairly happy with who I am now.
