I have to attend a baby shower next Sunday. I know nothing about babies. Frankly, I don't want to know anything about babies. I'm very comfortable in my baby-free zone. But Jason's sister, Caricia, is having a baby and it would look utterly horrible if I didn't go to the shower and bring a present. I already avoid his family enough as it is. I asked his mother what Caricia needs and she said that Caricia needed everything. They've had how many months to prepare for this kid and they've bought nothing? So, I was thinking that I'll be nice and get her something larger. Not a piece of furniture, but a play yard, stroller, car seat, etc. Suggestions? I avoid the baby section of department stores like the plague. It makes me highly uncomfortable. This might be a phobia.
The last episode of Twin Peaks is excellent. Those sequences in the Black Lodge are damn amazing and creepier than most everything I've seen before.
There is a cast interview on the Goblet of Fire DVD. Emma Watson waxed poetic on Alan Rickman's voice. I wanted to squee with her about it.
I've decided that I should get a jump rope. When I was younger I jumped rope constantly, but I haven't done it for years. Apparently ten minutes of jumping rope is equal to running a mile in twelve minutes.
