And as far as mechanics/car places go, I think they know when you've got somewhere else to be. At least it was only one tire.
I've also found that carrying a book around with me makes me far less grumpy when I get stuck in line or have to wait on something. Must be my inner bookaholic! ;)
I've never had any problems taking vitamins before. Maybe it was just the brand?
