Yes! They have a new album out. It's not available in CD or vinyl yet, but iTunes has it. Not as good as
She Loves You
, but still worth my $10.
I've been meaning to drop you a comment about the house. Was your offer accepted? Have you moved in or when are you moving in? It sounds lovely.
