Yeah, I definitely disagree with pretty much every one of those points, but I'll spare you the point-by-point, with a couple of exceptions. Federal over state power has definitely resulted in some good things - like say making it so southern states can't assassinate black people or so there is some equality of opportunity for women in sports. As for health care, the people who don't have it still deserve it, especially children of the poor. If some dude working at McDs on some barely surviving wage gets to go to the doctor and therefore I lose some doctor choosing freedom I'm not going to lose and sleep over it.
